The U.S. Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys wants to hear from you!

The U.S. Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys (CSSBMB) is currently seeking public comment to support the development of its 2025 report on the School-to-Prison Pipeline.

We seek input from students, parents, educators, researchers, school administrators, community organizations, and other stakeholders on policies and practices that either contribute to student involvement in the criminal justice system or promote their continued engagement in education. Public submissions will be used to inform the agency’s findings and may be included as public testimony in support of our ongoing research and recommendations. Comments will be accepted from June 16 through July 16, 2025 and should be submitted via email to the link below.
