Thomas M. Colclough

Commissioner Colclough is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry—skilled in Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Leadership, and Public Speaking. Strong sales professional with a bachelor’s degree focused on Business Administration and Management, General from St. Augustine’s College. Over the years, Colclough held progressively higher positions, moving steadily through the investigator, supervisory, and managerial ranks, achieving an appointment as area director for the Raleigh Area Office and subsequently deputy district director in Charlotte. During his tenure with the EEOC, Colclough has received numerous agency awards. Colclough regularly presents to employer groups, special emphasis groups, nonprofits, and student organizations.
